Specific duties will include:

Booking travel
-
Coordinating room and calendar bookings

Providing reports to training facilitators
-
Corresponding with workshop participants regarding event evaluations and enquiries
-
Material and stationery inventory and ordering
-
Liaising with front of house regarding technical equipment requirements
-
Maintaining central event calendar
The ideal candidate will have gained strong administration experience in a similar role ideally in professional services. You will have the ability to work autonomously, have exceptional interpersonal skills, as well as being proficient in MS Office.
