We are looking for a flexible, team focused individual to join our Hawthorn East based client in the role of Sales Administrator.
Reporting to the Head of Sales it is your responsibility to provide administration support to three Account Managers, two Sales Managers and a broader team of 40.
Key duties will include the generation of purchase orders and follow up, meeting coordination and the taking of minutes, collation and distribution of regional/national monthly sales reports, preparation and formatting of presentations and documents and occasional reception relief.
You will be the go to person for the team and will therefore need to be able to juggle conflicting demands and manage your time effectively whilst remaining positive and approachable. Ideally you will have experience supporting a fast paced, dynamic sales team. A good communicator you will be resilient, assertive and results focused.

Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint is crucial with exposure to SAP a bonus.
